SERIES I

Surface Mounted Numerals or Markers

The exterior of a surface or building is used as the “face” for the Series I numerals or markers. Options include marker rings and clock chimes.  The clocks may be front lighted for a striking effect.

SERIES II

Surface or Wall Mounted Dials

The Series II dial is mounted to a surface or exterior wall by means of mounting brackets. The numerals for markers appear on the dial. Clock chimes are an option.  The clocks may be front-lighted for a striking effect.

SERIES III

Dial Mounted into Structure Opening

The Series III is mounted into an opening in a structure that is the same diameter as the dial. A mounting ring holds the clock in place. Clock chimes are an option. This clock can be backlit with Verdin’s Moonglow TM lighting.

CANISTER CLOCKS

Canister clocks have the clock movements and lights self-contained within a waterproof canister structure. These clocks are ideal for surfaces where access is limited; perhaps there is no room to mount the clock movement behind a wall or in an open tower. Canister clocks are installable practically anywhere.

RENOVATE YOUR HISTORIC CLOCK

The Verdin Company™ has been restoring tower clocks since 1842 when our forefathers started our business in Cincinnati, Ohio. We have specialized in repairing and manufacturing clocks ever since. In 1875, we invented a continuous winder that revolutionized (and simplified!) the winding of clocks everywhere.

Today, our complete restoration services include the production of new replacement parts designed and built in our factory. Creating fine timepieces for courthouses, town squares, churches, shopping centers, public parks and universities is what we do. From fabrication to on-site installation, you can rely on Verdin’s long standing reputation for quality products and service for years to come.
