Design inspired by Verdin Company's first clock built in 1842
Since our first job in 1842, clocks have been part of the heritage of The Verdin Company. Clocks for church steeples, court houses and universities ... built to stand the test of time. We have specialized in the repair, manufacture and invention of clocks ever since. In fact, around 1860, Alois Nicholas Verdin, one of our founders, invented a winder that revolutionized (and simplified!) the winding of clocks for all of North America. From tower clocks we have become known as the builders of the finest street clocks in the world.
Today, we introduce The Heritage Street Clock, paying tribute to our notable legacy. The Heritage stands 17’10” and creates a regal landmark that reflects the quality of your location. A brass plaque dedicates this limited edition clock to the Verdin family and its dedicated employees who have placed their own high standards into the craftsmanship of The Heritage Street Clock by Verdin.
